About Rachel J. Sapen
Rachel J. Sapen was born in Sarasota, Florida. She was admitted to practice in the State of Indiana, including the United States District Court for the Northern District of Indiana in 2010
Rachel received her B.A. in 2005 from Indiana University of South Bend, South Bend, Indiana and her J.D. from Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Lansing, Michigan, in 2009. While in law school, Rachel was a student intern with the Sixty Plus, Inc. Elderlaw Clinic and received honorary mention.
Rachel is a member of the Indiana State Bar Association and practices in the areas of Estate Planning and Probate, Collections, Bankruptcy, Business and Corporate Law.
